Our lovely, cosy room is set in the woodlands 1 mile outside the village of Barley in Pendle.
The sessions are gently paced and suitable for beginners and improvers to gain the benefits of the seasonal qigong and meditation. Re-energizing after Winter months to prepare for the Summer feeling positive and healthy.
A buffet lunch is included with vegetarian and vegan selections available.
The centre has a car park and is located on a track off a private road. The road is quite rough and may not be suitable for small cars, but it is only a 5 minute walk from the main road where ample free parking is available.
