Join David & Helena for Lighthouse Autumn Equinox Retreat Day at Whitehough Outdoor Centre at the foot of Pendle Hill. Our lovely, cosy room is set in the woodlands 1 mile outside the village of Barley in Pendle. The sessions are gently paced and suitable for beginners and improvers to gain the benefits of the seasonal qigong and meditation. Preparing mind, body and spirit for the Winter months to boost the immune system, feel positive and stay healthy.
